How to apply:
- Mix all the ingredients in curd or yogurt, blend until even consistency.
- Apply the pack beginning from the roots of your hairs, covering the entire length to the hair tips.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Ashwagandha
- 2 tbsp. amla or 4 tbsp. amla rus/juice
- Lukewarm water
How to apply:
- According to the length of your hairs add an equal amount of ashwagandha and Amla powder into a bowl.
- You may use Amla rus by following the steps given.
- Apply the hair pack covering the entire length of your hair.
- Remember to massage for at least 3-5 minutes while applying the hair pack.
