3 ways to use KALONJI OIL for naturally shiny hair

Kalonji or blackseed oil has been used for natural shine, nourishment and to boost hair growth all at once for ages now. It is rich in fatty amino acids that help in sealing the moisture in the hair shafts.

Let’s quickly jump to easy home remedies for your dream hair with kalonji oil.

Option 1: Kalonji and Rosemary essential oil

  1. 1-2 tbsp. Kalonji oil
  2. 5-7 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

  1. In 1-2 tbsp. kalonji oil, add a few drops of unadulterated rosemary essential oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients until it becomes of even consistency.
  3. Massage your scalp with the mixture for 10 minutes using light hands preferably in an inversion method.
  4. cover entire hair and use a hot towel for better absorption
  5. Leave it for at least 2 hours and wash it off with mild shampoo.
This combination boosts significant hair growth if you use it consistently. I will recommend using it at least twice a week for 6 months with consistency.

The key component in kalonji oil is thymoquinone which is a powerful antihistamine that is often prescribed to patients with alopecia to regrow hair.

Rosemary herb is known to promote nerve growth and blood circulation.

Meanwhile, rosemary oil is also often compared to minoxidil against hair loss, many studies are backed with positive results. Since rosemary is non-toxic and well-tolerated among the most, almost anyone could incorporate it into their routine.

Option 2: Kalonji and Castor oil

  1. 1 tbsp. Kalonji oil
  2. 1 tbsp. Castor oil

  1. In 1 tbsp. kalonji oil, add another tbsp. of castor oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients together & apply from the scalp to the tips.
  3. cover entire hair and use a hot towel for better absorption
  4. Leave it for at least 1 hour and wash it off with shampoo.
This treatment is particularly great for hair thickness. It conditions hair naturally and promote a clean scalp. The ricinoleic acid present in castor oil locks in moisture and prevent split ends.
This combination coats hair strands and gives an appearance of thickness. In this particular DIY, you may also use blackseed oil for better absorption and conditioning hair naturally.

Bhringraj is also commonly known by names shweta Bhringraj(white) and peet Bhringraj(yellowish).
I haven’t found a better brand (yet) like this that sells bhringraj with such great quality!
It is beneficial to remove dandruff, prevent premature greying and give a natural shine that you can not resist!
Bhringraj is a time-testing herb that I have been vouching for a long time now. Backed by research, massaging scalp with bhringraj at regular intervals can increase blood circulation by activating hair follicles.
This DIY is particularly great for monsoon blues and control frizziness in hair!

A good hair day is always pleasant to your eyes and your scalp!

You can expect softer, shiner, and hydrated hair after each application.

It usually takes up to eight to twelve weeks for visible results with two to three applications a week. Consistency is the key here! Let me know in the comment box how you liked it after the application or what you’re looking forward next?
